Appointment text to me, but would like face to face appointment with doctor ? Telephone consultation don't work if you have a physical problem as they cant see the extent of the problem over the phone

Contrary to my 2 stars today I went to book a blood test and was offered one there and then amazing however this is definitely not the norm

Here and now nothing, but overall more appointments need to be made available
